My colleague has delusions but he doesn't seem to notice that. He was put on medical leave but he doesn't know why. It is very difficult to tell that he is delusional so I don't think the school knew about it. What do pharmacy schools do to students with delusions? He thinks he is smarter than me and the others even though he been held back, he is jealous, he thinks people are following him and trying to harm him at night, and he thinks he has medical disorders so he keeps contacting the police.

I hope he gets help.

This person obviously has some mental illness. Schizophrenia or some psychosis related illness. He or she needs professional help. This is just the start of it.
