Pharmacy tech on my dental application

Hello all,

I am currently applying to dental school and have recently become a pharmacy tech in training. I wanted a job where I could learn something while I work and utilize what I learn to apply to dental school such as interacting with patients, learning about different types of drugs, etc. I have always found the mechanism of drugs interesting too so I went ahead and applied! I got the job but was wondering....would a dental school look at it negatively if I was to say I am becoming a pharmacy tech after applying to dental school? A job is a job so I didn’t think about it until now and am just curious about your opinions.

don't worry... it's just a job.

I am currently attending pharmacy school so... don't worry about it.

Nah you could actually use it to your benefit if you’re gaining in the right ways from your experience. I was a pharm tech and used it on my dental app.
