Should be easy to land, its notoriously tough to keep technicians long term especially good ones. Any retail location probably has a need or will have one soon. Reasons being? Low pay, high stress, no real opportunity for advancement
Registration at the state level, at minimum, and certification at the national level being the preferred.Any advice on landing a job as a pharmacy tech? Thank you
If you're applying to a hospital, experience with IV admixture is a must.
Otherwise just have a good resume.
State license, if you can pass your ptcb and a heartbeat.

What do you consider low pay?
I've worked at Walgreens for a year and couple months. I only work Sundays. I started off at about $10.50/hr and couple weeks ago I started finally noticing how much money I was being paid because I started noticing more and more money in my account and I found out I had gotten a bunch of raises that amounted to $18.50/hr lol.
Try Walgreens @DrillSynchron
You've gotten a 75% salary raise after a year? That doesn't sound suspicious. Is your location also California?
