Pharmacy Technician CVS vs Safeway

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I think that's typical of all pharmacies, push the most out of their employees with the least amount of spending. At least at Walgreens the pharmacists are very friendly and helpful.

I work for Vons, a Safeway company, and love my job. The pay is much better than when I worked for Walgreens, and you're part of a union (which has it's good points and bad points). Our contract guarantees us 24 hours per week, which is nice as a student, since my boss is pretty flexible with my schedule. I plan on sticking with the company throughout pharmacy school, so if nothing else I'll have a job when I graduate.

I would say, work at a place where you would enjoy being a pharmacist for in the future

I'd recommend Safeway just based off of how crappy CVS is
