I know its an overwhelming process but you can get through it.
1. if you want your application to be submitted early i would suggest you send in your transcripts as soon as possible because it'll take a week or so for them to get it, and they won't calculate your GPA until you pay your fees, and after you do pay ur fees it MIGHT take up to 5 weeks for them to calculate your GPA because the later you submit your application the busier they will get.
2. you can later on i think they give you a time slot add the summer courses.
3. its not a fixed price. it depends on how many schools you apply too. but if you only applyin to 1 or 2 then i think they ave fixed price of $150 or $200 , not sure.
hope this helps

It sounds like you've got most of it covered. So, you should request your transcripts to be sent to pharmcas, have them HOLD until you have your summer grades. Pharmcas will need up to 5 weeks to calculate your GPA. GO to phamacy designations on the bottom of the list of things to fill out. Not on the right hand side but under where you put your references. THere is a "fee schedule" and also when you add the schools you want it totals it in the lower right hand side. Here is a copy. You will need to pay when you esubmit.
1 $140
2 $180
3 $220
4 $260
5 $300
6 $340
7 $380
8 $420
9 $460
10 $500
11 or more Add $40.00 for each additional school

All great advice, but also the early you submit, the faster they will have your GPA calculated and your applications submitted. This is usually due to the workload that their staff have. As you approach the end of the year, and thus the deadline for most pharmacy schools, they get inundated with submissions. I had my GPA calculated in 1 week when I submitted in early October. I know someone that submitted in late November and it took them almost 3 weeks. Amazing what a difference a few weeks can make.

guys thanks alot for all of these inputs...but what exaclty u mean by HOLD..u think i should send them what i have for now..and after i finish summer semester 07/31 i send them my summer grades..how do i ask them to put it on hold?

You have an option on the form that you use to request your transcripts that states to hold this request until you get your summer grades and then they will send out the transcript. It helps because your request will already be in the system so the moment all your grades hit, your transcript will be sent to Pharmcas also it saves you from having to request two transcripts.

How long is the transition period between the submission of all your forms/fees and the date that pharmcas sends the whole app to the school?

you can hold off on sending transcripts until you finish summer school or you can send them what you have now and submit your pharmcas and when you are done with summer school, update them. The price of pharmcas shows at the screen where you select your schools.
