  1. Pharmacy Student
I had to withdraw from an entire semester due to medical reasons. I just completed one of the courses that I had to drop that semester and received an A-. I was wondering if I needed to put that the course was "repeated" under "special classifications." I'm not sure if that is considered repeated since I didn't receive a grade the first time. Anyone know the answer to this?

Thank you!

The school generally gives students a grade of W for classes in which a student withdraws. So, retaking a class one withdrew still counts as a repeat. You should label the first class as a repeated class with its accompanying grade.

Get a copy of your official transcript - not the one you can access online or something, but pay for a real, sealed transcript... the way it's listed on that is how you should enter it in PharmCAS (i.e., if your withdrawn semester is not listed, it doesn't need to go on PharmCAS and your retake doesn't need to be labeled).
