1. You pay at the same time as you e-submit.
2. After you e-submit, PharmCAS will need to verify your transcripts and calculate your GPA which will take varying amounts of time depending on when you're submitting. Right now it might take a day or two, while later in the cycle it can take weeks. Once that's done, they will send it to your designated schools. Also, the first mailings will start in the beginning of August. So if you are complete before that, it won't go out until then. If your LORs are sent after your main application has already been mailed, PharmCAS will forward them as they're received.
