I am kind of nervous so I just want to clarify this statement:

"A: The deadline indicates the date your application, transcripts and payment must be received in the PharmCAS office. Check the individual School Pages and at-a-glance tables to learn the deadlines of the colleges and schools to which you plan to apply. Whenever a deadline falls on a weekend or Federal Holiday, the next business day is automatically the deadline. You must submit your application by 11:59pm Eastern Time of the observed deadline date. This is NOT the deadline by which your application file must arrive at your designated schools."

So as long as we submit our application before the listed deadline, it is okay for the application to have NOT been mailed to a specific school yet? I am getting worried because I applied to a school with the November 1st deadline and had submitted two and a half few weeks ago, but the status still says not mailed because I think my GPAs are still being calculated. If someone could just confirm this for me I would feel a lot better.

Correct.
I'm in a similar position. Submitted PharmCAS on 10/12. GPA not calculated yet. UCSF and USC deadline Nov 1st. I'm not worried.

This question comes up a lot, and I do not think that there is an absolute clear answer on it. The best way to get an answer for this is to call your school and quickly ask this question. If phone calls give you too much anxiety, send them an email.
