P piggy88 Full Member 7+ Year Member Sep 12, 2016 #2 Definitely submit! Pharmcas takes two weeks to verify your application and that's just looking at your grades and transcripts. Once you're verified they'll send it to your school and maybe by then your LOR has submitted your reference.
