Hey,...........i think we are in the same boat!
I also hold a B.Pharm, but currently practicing in my home country!
I will be leaving soon!
If you graduated after jan 2003, you can practice in the us. All u need is to Pass The FPGE, Naplex and the state Board exams!!
However, for those who Graduated after Jan 2003, we have one option!
To get the Non- Traditional PharmD. This is a 2.5-3 year program, depending on the institution you are attending. After this, u can now sit for the Naplex and State Board exams before liceinsure. Currently, most Universities have phased out the program, i think due to the high costs of running it compared to the few student.
Others offer the program to only practicing B.S pharmacist in the U.S and Canada. So if you are not, they can take u up!
There are however, two Universities that i know of. They offer such programs
to international students, who are practicing in their home countries. If you arent practicing, it may be hard.
The two are:

I hope this would answer your questions!!
For financial, aid........hahhh
am abit stuck!
You must be a citizen or a permanent resident to get any form of financial aid.
For Federal loans......you must be a citizen,
For insititution loans, you mus be a permanent resident with a good Credit history! However, if you have a relative or any person who can co-sign for you, there are many institutions which are willing to offer up to $100,000 in loans.
Hey u do have email so we can talk more??
