What are your reasons?. From what i have read lately it depends on your individual goals.

Then analyze your individual goals and decide...
I was originally planning on the dual program as well, but ended up not doing it. Why? It's an extra year of lost income, and you have to suffer the full tuition and compounded interest. Not to mention that I want to do more clinical stuff in the short future, management further down the road.
IMHO, if you are self-motivated, it's better to start your career and get your MBA later. (1) even with MBA, companies aren't likely to make you a manager (retail pharmacy manager don't count) without any work experience. (2) most places will reimburse your tuition if you are working full time. (3) you are not losing out on income, paying off your loans instead of racking up more interests.
Money wise, it comes out ahead. So by the time you are done with your evening MBA for free, you got your work experience, you'll be in a better position to take on a managerial position then. Just my 2 cents.

My schools offers the dual program as well, but my line of thinking was the same as X's...Finish getting my pharmD first, get settled in a little, then pursue an MBA.
The biggest pit fall with the plan is people losing sight of the goal or the commitment. Hence the key word is self-motivated. Way too many people once starting to live comfortably give up their drive.
My main reasoning is because of school debt. My school is pretty pricey unfortunately, and adding the debt and compounded interest with it to all my debt coming out of school isnt worth it.
Because you said you are going on rotations, you must have completed at least half of you MBA coursework already. If at this point you still don't know whether it's of any value to you, that's rather sad.
