PhD holder (biomedical sciences, graduating 2026) seeking fully-funded MD pathways as international student

Background: Cannot access home country funding. Currently exploring options in North America, Europe, or Asia.

Question: Has anyone found fully-funded MD programs for international students? Especially interested in:

Programs accepting PhD holders (accelerated tracks?)
International scholarships specifically for medical school
Unconventional pathways to medical education. Constraints:Cannot take loans as international student, so need full funding (tuition + living expenses).

Have: Strong research background, publications in progress, competitive academic record.
