PhD/PsyD PhD programs at schools w/ terminal masters programs

Hi all - Does anyone know if there are any substantive training differences (specifically rigor in actual classes) for students in clinical PhD programs at universities that house terminal master's programs in addition their doctoral programs?

I attended a terminal masters in a department that had a clinical PhD program. The vast majority of our classes were taken alongside the doctoral students, and the rigor was doctoral level. My experience is that it probably depends on the specific university.
