I have a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom (each bedroom has a private full bathroom) newer construction (9yrs young) house for rent. The home also has a full size roofdeck and 1 car garage.
There are currently some med students in the house but the house will be open in June (it's possible 1 or 2 may want to stay if could work out with new tenants or the house could be fully open) - it is very easy to get into the city by bus (2 buses 33, 61 both within 2 blocks) and the broad st subway is also only a few blocks away.
The bedrooms:
The 2nd floor master bedroom is very large and has a huge custom closet and beautiful master bathroom. The bedroom includes a 40inch tv in perfect position for relaxing in bed.
The 2nd floor front bedroom is a nice size lots of natural light and private bathroom.
The 1.5 floor bedroom also has a lot of natural light and also a private bathroom.
And the basement bedroom is large with a great private bathroom as well.
The kitchen is great for entertaining! A huge high ceiling with loads of cabinets and a 7' island and a 60" tv in perfect viewing position!

Great modern dishwasher
New modern refrigerator
Modern Washer dryer
2 zone hvac forced air units keep the whole house nice and cool in the summer and toasty in the winter.
The rent is $3300 a month and is a great student share house - no pets or smoking.
