How come when I upload my CV, the date shows the next day?

I submitted my earlier CV today (12/29), but next to it shows (12/30).

My first deadline is 12/31, if I upload on 12/31, will it say 1/1? Will I be late to the program?

Maybe it's your time zone? As long as you submit everything by 11:59pm eastern time on the right date it's fine.
