Does the reaction to form water occur in PS1 or PS2? This is used to fill the e- hole in PS2 right?

PSII, p680...splits water for form oxygen and electrons and H+, PSI is p700. Yes you are correct the splitting fills the electron holes lost in PSII when its electrons were excited and passed on to PSI.

I dont know what id do without ya osims. Whens the DAT for ya?

You may have worded your question incorrectly but I don't think water is formed in photosynthesis, but it is oxidized and split in PSII to provide electrons for PSI and protons for the gradient to power ATP synthase.

I pretty much assumed thats what hes talking about, water is oxidized in the lumen of the thylakoid, but it is oxidized by PSII and those electrons fill in the holes in PSII from the electrons that were excited to fill the holes in PSI...The PSI electrons are excited to "produce NADPH"
