anyone know a good web site for physical diagnosis? just looking for something that lists signs, symptoms, what they mean, etc... hopefully something that is relatively quick to go through.

Medscape is good since it's free.

If your school has Mdconsult or up-to-date, then that's also good
A step 2 book or maybe Step up to Medicine is what I sometimes used for reference since these would give you the major ones that might be more relevant for students unlike the above sources.
