hello

I have some floaters in my eyes:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floater

and about 1 degree of astigmatism

am I capable to become ophthalmologist surgeon or other specialty micro-surgeon (that needs perfect vision and/or works with microscope etc)?

thanks!

You probably should get a full eye exam if you haven't had one recently, but floaters and stigmatism should not affect your ability to do surgery.

thanks, does this apply to microsurgery as well? to pathology examination as well?
