Physician Letter of Rec Problem

So I got a phone call from a school I applied to today saying that the two physician letters were not on letter heads or needed a signature. I went to resend the request on aacomas and was told since I have been verified that they can't open them up to resubmit. How should I go about getting the letters sent to the schools? I know Interfolio and VirtualEvals are mentioned by people but I have no clue how that works. Kind of stressed since this may be holding all of my apps up. Thanks!

I would immediately notify your letter writers. Then go ahead and create your Interfolio account. The steps to sending a request for a LOR on Interfolio is simple so don't worry about that part. When you receive the letters, you can use Interfolio to send to those specific schools that did not accept your AACOMAS letters.

The only hard part is your letter writers having to take a few days or more to upload the letters, unless you tell them to do it same day.

I had a similar situation with WesternU (no other schools had an issue with my letters on AACOMAS). I was looking into options and going to inform my DO writer when I suddenly got an email that my application was complete. Not sure if she did magic for me (she didn't know though) or they just accepted it anyway
