Physician Loans in Nebraska?

Hi All,

Are there any lenders that anyone knows of that operate or give loans for Nebraska?

I'm unsure if the physician loan is even the right type of loan for us, but after searching I cannot find a lender that lists NE.

I at least wanted the option before I start mortgage shopping.

Any tips?
