Would people be willing to post an updated list of lenders offering the 0% down & 0 PMI. I've been doing a fair amount of research and have only been able to come up with 3. Physician loans, Compass, and Suntrust. Anybody with knowledge on participating banks in the STL area please PM me as well.
I'm also curious to know how these offers have been affected now that we can't default on our med student loans (although we can forebear...)
