I was ill last term and wound up with a C in physics 1 (engineering version). I applied for full term medical withdrawal but was only granted a drop for the classes I'd failed, not ones I'd passed with C or higher, so they gave me the chance to make up test 3 and the final when this class took it, but keep the work I'd done (basically, an informal incomplete). I still have the final left, and I'll definitely bust a move, but it doesn't look like my third test was too pretty and I'll wind up with either B or B-. Is this going to look terrible if I end up with B-?

The only thing it will effect is your Science gpa, which is ofcourse very important. But as for Physics specifically being that important? I Personally think its the least important science for DENTISTRY only due to the fact there is no Physics section on the DAT, so some people dont even take Physics until after they apply, so many Dschools dont even see their scores. Dont sweat it, just keep working hard ( especially in the bio classes)

Bing, or anyone, do you know of D schools look at the classes that allow you to start your Bio/Chem chains. Like, for example, before
I start taking bio 1,2, and 3, I have to take Bio 10 with lab, which is the intro course to all Bio, and for example, during the summer I'm taking Chem 25 which is the basic intro and lab course to the Chem 1,2, and 3 courses.

Do Dental schools count this in the GPA's and are they as important as the normal bio and Chem classes

Every class you take counts in your GPA. Whether they deem it important is up to the school. But I wouldn't get an F in them. If they're the intro to intro classes, you should make an A in them easy.

Yup forsure,
I plan on acing them, I was just wondering. Thx

I Got a B- in physics I...and i got into dental school...so it'll be okay 🙂
