Medical Physics at another 4-year?

I was planning on taking physics at my undergrad institution (UT) over the summer, but they are only offering physics 1 and lab and not physics 2 and lab. Should I take physics 1 and lab at my undergrad and physics 2 and lab at another 4 year institution (UTSA) or would it be frowned upon to take both at UTSA? Does this matter or will it come across as a red flag in my application?

To med schools, doesn't matter. To your home institution, make sure they can accept the grades.
