Hi everyone, which physics are you supposed to take for pharmacy school is it the regular physics or the calculus based physics or it doesnt matter?

hi,

the same question was asked a couple months back. You can use the search forum for more detailed answer.

Physics with calculus is at higher level than the non-calculus based. Some schools require calculus based, some don't. Call your schools to find out or look on their websites. When in doubt, go for higher level.

Two schools that definitely require calculus-based physics are UCSF and Temple. The rest only require general physics as of now. However, schools might change things by the time you apply (if you're not applying for this year) so you might want to play it safe and take the calc-based.

It depends on the school. You generally can't go wrong with Calc based, but if you really don't want to take it you'd better check the school websites before you waste your time.
