My school has decided to offer physics II and another upper division bio course that I need for graduation at the same time with no way of getting around it. Has anyone taken physics II online?? Is there any rule why you can't take an online class and get into vet school??

You just have to look at whatever rules the school has. I have a lot of online classes so I've been looking for that information as I research schools... so far the only mention I've seen as I'm researching schools is Missouri says no more than 2 distance learning courses per year (only applies to prereq courses). Check the schools' websites.

I don't think there's any rule per se, but don't most school have a physics lab requirement? Could that requirement still be met via an online physics class?

I agree, most schools have lab requirements that can't be met with online courses.

If you're taking Calculus-based physics, NC State offers it online through their distance learning. I would also recommend checking community colleges as it might be less expensive. All of the ones near me offer physics online and yes, the online versions include the lab. Good luck!

Everyone I inquired to about both of my online physics courses with labs said that they met the requirements, except for Western (which is why i didn't apply there), and mine were from a community college.

I took Physics I online and it had labs that I did at home.

I know Wisconsin, Oregon, and Ohio don't require the labs anyway because those are schools I applied to (although I took the 1st semester lab and am taking the 2nd semester one this Spring since they're tied to the lecture, so it's a moot point for me).

can someone help me with a link for registering for classes online?
physics!
