Has anyone taken physics/lab online? If so, what school did you take it from? Due to my current circumstances (husband stationed in the navy 3 hours from a college), I have to take it online. I’m having trouble finding a community college/university that offers it online to a non-degree seeking student.

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

I didn’t take it but I’ve heard of others using UNE. I also wouldn’t assume that all vet schools will accept is as a prerequisite.

Hi! I had to retake Physics 1 (ten year expiration rule) and Physics 2 this summer/fall. I did it backwards hoping one of my schools would waive the 10yr expiration rule, but alas, they did not. Anyway, Physics 2 was taken at University of Wisconsin-Stout (online) and I’m in Physics 1 through Mesabi Range College Minnesota (also online). Both allow non-degree seeing students to enroll. Hope that helps a little.

I took Physics 1, currently taking O chem 2, planning to take physics 2 via Barton Community College. This college was recommended to me by someone who is currently at Ross. I just got my interview invite for Ross today so I don't think they care too much. Most schools accepted my online lecture/lab. The only one who won't when I looked into it was Western. However, I didn't look into if EVERY school accepts them.

I had a similar question over the summer and I got a lot of good insight/comments on my thread. Hope this helps. Definitely contact the schools you are applying to in order to see if they will accept online labs. Online Physics

Took it online at a CC during my undergrad... I think it was at Virginia Highlands Community College? Don't quote me 100% on that its been a while lol

There are a few options for online physics as mentioned in other posts. Each one has its positives and negatives such as prestige, cost (both tuition and textbooks), and availability. I would be happy to offer my advice/commentary as I have a different perspective on things since I teach online physics.
