I was review TPR, when there is an equation with a circular cross-section, they say square of the radius or diameter. Should it just be radius? Thanks in advance

won't circular cross-section be just area of a circle pi*r^2. U can use diameter but the eq will be pi*0.25d^2

If you have a ratio of 2 different areas, it wouldn't matter whether having the radius or the diameter squared.
