I just finished the entire Physics series for my major and I got straight C's..C+, C-, C+. I compared this to the pre-reqs for pharmacy schools I was planning to apply to: it was mostly the California schools that required a whole year of physics whereas most of the out of state schools only required one quarter of it (my school is on the quarter system, and I am assuming that 3 semester hours is basically a quarter of physics).

I am debating whether I should retaking Physics. If I do retake it, I am considering either community college or UC Berkeley (not my UC). I was going to retake it at my own college but my advisor told me that they don't give credit for classes repeated for a C...which means if I retook it and got no units for it, my GPA on Pharmcas won't change right?

What are your opinions on retaking Physics or not? Is it worth my time? Will it affect my admissions to out of state schools if they only require one quarter of physics?

Thank you!!

Does your school allow you to retake classes where you got a C-? I ask because some schools allow you to retake classes where you didn't pass and a C- is not passing for many schools. If so, then I would at least take that as PharmCAS will average that grade with that C-

Would those C grades appear on the transcript? PharmCAS uses that to confirm retake grades.
