So at my school we have 2 different physics series, one for engineering majors and one for life science majors. Anyways the life science majors have the lab component built in while the engineering majors don't. I took the first quarter of physics for engineering majors and then switched over to life science physics and got 2 quarters completed with the lab (we are on quarter system). Therefore the first physics I took didn't have that lab component and to enroll in the lab component there is a coreq requirement of being enrolled in the 2nd quarter of physics for engineering majors. Anyways will this be held against me when applying to med school? Will I somehow need to do a lab component for my first physics course?
