I have noticed there are certain topics that are more emphaized on the USMLE than the Comlex. Is it true that physiology (still important) is less important on the COMLEX? I know that bugs, drugs, omm, and path make up the majority of the comlex. Please let me know for the people that have taking the comlex

I had a decent amount of physio. Sometimes it will be a straight physio question, other times it will be a disease and asking how hormones change (especially with endocrine). BRS Phys is what I used and it did me well.
