Physio question on step 1

Ive been doing the renal questions on Q bank for physio and I noticed that there are a lot of calculations. Is that how it is on the real exam or is it more conceptual?

I dont recall any calculations on renal that werent straightforward. Maybe a GFR question or two but most renal was pathology-based.

Q-bank has a love affair with calculations To be fair though, they're all based on principles in BRS Physio, and they're usually questions that you should know how to solve anyway, for the Step 1.
