Physio question on step 1

Ive been doing the renal questions on Q bank for physio and I noticed that there are a lot of calculations. Is that how it is on the real exam or is it more conceptual?

I dont recall any calculations on renal that werent straightforward. Maybe a GFR question or two but most renal was pathology-based.

Q-bank has a love affair with calculations 🙄 To be fair though, they're all based on principles in BRS Physio, and they're usually questions that you should know how to solve anyway, for the Step 1.
