Physio weak: how much of a handicap?

Hi: my knowledge in path, micro, anatomy are outstanding. Systems are generally strong (those we've done thus far--MSK, neuro, cardio). I am weak in biochem and weaker in physio. I get correlations pretty well from Goljan and Pathoma but my school's systems exams always test very poorly in physio. I would like to think it's our lackluster physio dept and awful exam questions, but if it's me, how much will this hurt my step 1 and COMLEX Level 1 score? I still have 9 mos to prep.
I have BRS physiology, RR and Pathoma through May. Really appreciate your advice.
