Has anyone here successfully taken a physiology course online and had a program accept it towards the prerequisites?

I took my mammalian physiology courses at a quarter system university which consisted of two lecture courses and a lab course, receiving a C, C, and B. I would very much like to retake physiology, the only problem is getting into a course at my local JCs/CCs, I can never get in through petitioning.

I am curious in a course UCLA online extension is offering, called animal physiology. It's a lecture course without a lab; however, I figure that if I received Cs in the lectures and a B on the lab portion, then it wouldn't hurt to retake the lecture portions. Currently I am emailing programs to see what their stances are on the course, but with no responses so far and it being a time-sensitive issue (not sure when the class will be closed/full), I come here to see if anyone else has done it before.

I took exercise physiology online. Usually the tests are harder because everything is open book. They expect you to know the major concepts and how to apply them, instead of just "What is X?" and having you look it up.

I took Human Physiology online from a Canadian school last year. I was accepted into all the schools I fully applied for
