Do you need to take physiology/is it highly recommended before the DAT? Thanks!
 
No, just core bio. Physiology will help though and also looks good on your transcript, if you do well
 
what if i take it senior year? will that look okay?
 
Yea sure, they will be glad you are taking it.
 
Personally, I think Physio was highly beneficial to my DAT. I took it once in December, then again in June (after taking physio and biochem) and got 2 pts better on my bio section. The more advanced bio, the better you will do. Plus, I really enjoyed physiology, so don't dread it too much!
 
Haha, it helped me on the two physiology questions I had!!! That's why I hated the DAT. I had so many freaking plant questions and random stuff that was completely irrelevant.
 
ASDOH requires Human OR animal physiology.

2 questions can be the difference between a 25 and a 29 (probably raises your AA by one).

I think a lower division physio is great for the DAT unless it will affect your gpa significantly.
