I have been accepted to U of Wisconsin-Madison and U of Findlay-Ohio. I have heard both are good programs and Im sure I will be happy with either one. Any advice?

The best thing to do would make a pros and cons list for both programs and compare and contrast. If it were me, with all things being equal (you said both are good schools, which I assume both have high NPTE pass rates and you'd be happy at both), I would chose the cheaper one. No reason to spend more money than you have to.
