Pick-up Truck?

I'm contemplating buying a 2011 or 2012 truck. My current ride is 10 years old and has seen better days. I've got kids so I definitely will need room in the cab for car seats.

Right now, I'm thinking Dodge Ram, Toyota Tundra or Ford F150. Anybody have any thoughts or experiences to share?

The Ram has lots of interesting features and looks great, but I'm a little suspicious of all Chrysler products do to past experiences. I don't think the Tundra is as nice on the inside as the other two. I have an F150 which I have waxed poetic about in the past on here.
