Is this a serious question? Put on your suit, brush your hair, smile, stand in front of a plain wall and have a friend/relative/spouse/stranger take your picture. I mean, what are we doing here buddy...

I think taking a picture of your self, uploading it to ERAS would take less time than writing a new post describing how much you are so busy in the next few days that you do not have time to take a photo and how badly you need a hair cut and telling stories about your step 1 registration photo ..
