I am a 3rd year Peds resident, interviewing for PICU fellowship. This year looks like there are more candidates than ever before. As example, Children's Memorial will have 30 candidates for 4 spots and Cincinnati 34 for same 4 spots. Any thoughs? What is your experience so far?
