I am in my second year of residency and I know it is kinda a late to apply but am not able to decide between PICU/NICU for a fellowship.I am not really a research person and would probably work in a community/university affliated hospital.Loved both rotations and want to decide what would be best for lifestyle and decent remuneration.Also which would be more competitive cause I really don't want to move from the midwest.🙂
