THE CONTACT AREAS OF ANTERIOR TEETH ARE INCISAL TO THE MIDDLE THIRDS IN EACH OF THE FOLLOWING EXCEPT ONE. WHICH ONE IS THIS EXCEPTION?

A.distal contact of maxillary canine
B. mesial contact of maxillary canine
C. mesial contact of the maxillary lateral incisor
D. mesial contact of mandibular lateral incisor
E. distal contact of mandibular lateral incisor

ANS:A

can someone explain this?

the mesial contact of canine lies on the junction of incisal and middle third while the distal one is in the middle third
the pick is the contact between the lateral and canine ..... it is middle third for the lateral but the same contact lies the at the junction for the caniine
