Looks like they havent updated their exam since 2019.I liked the format.
Are there any alternatives where one can do 200 questions and get 30 CMEs?

If you have an APA membership there are some SA-CMEs that are allowed online that are included in the membership such as the FOCUS examination. I did it myself to satisfy my SA-CME requirements.

No because you can only access it if you enter the APA website using your active membership.

Go into the CME/education section and type of FOCUS in the search engine.
