Hello,
I am moving next year to Texas to continue my residency after one year of prelim. I was wondering what are the papers needed for the PIT permit. I am not able to find a useful link and it is not clearly stated on the official website. Any ideas someone?

I don't know, but I would assume the Texas program you're going to would be familiar with the process, so maybe ask them?
