I am transitioning from residency to fellowship within Texas and applied for Institution change PIT. I submitted forms L (by my program) and S as I have another state full license. I applied on Apr 21 and haven't heard it back.

Is anyone in a similar situation? How many days it took for you?

When I applied PIT for residency, it took just five days.
