Pitt or Tufts?

I am trying to decide if I should go to Tufts for an interview. So far I have gotten into BU and Pitt. I have three more interviews that are coming up: UCSF, Columbia, and Case Western (they are my top choice schools). This morning I received an email from Tufts, and now I am trying to decide whether I should accept their interview invitation.

Which is better overall, Pitt or Tufts? I don't know if I will get into Tufts, but let's suppose that I get into Tufts and I don't get into any of my top choice schools (UCSF, Columbia, Case Western). Which one should I pick in that case?

Tufts!!! I <3 Tufts. Beautiful school, awesome teachers, students, etc. Completely exceeded all my expectations. I am so lucky to be here.
