Seriously, both programs are solid. We can sit and talk about the pluses/minuses of either one, but the fact is I consider those two programs to be among the best places to train, based on what I've heard and talking to graduates of both places.
Pittsburgh and NYC are two very different cities, so make sure you know what you are getting yourself into in that regard.
