I was just curious what everyone thought about Pitt's acellerated PT program. I have a really good friend who is thinking seriously about going there and was wondering what everyone thought about the program, Pitt itself, etc.

What's this accellerated program?

I am pretty sure that she said that it is a 3+3 program where you do three years of undergraduate studies at Pitt, then you do three more years of graduate work while you are there. I am not 100% sure about everything, but that is pretty much all that I know.

If you want to do PT then go to Pitt... I have an ex-gf there and the teaching quality is excellent for both clinical and research interests. You have the leading researchers teaching you, and they try to match your internships to your interests, which is not easy to find.
