Mine went straight from invited to interview to offer made as well!!! Is the offer made status a guaranteed acceptance?

MIne chNged from inv to interview to under review

What's the date next to "Under Review" status? mine says 11/18 "Under Review" and I interviewed on nov.15. Does this mean I'm on the waitlist now?..😕

I interviewed Nov. 29th and mine went from "Invited" to "Offer Made" today! They apparently updated my status 11/30!
