Have any of you used Pivio?

I just got an email about it from AAMC. It's steep - $100/year - and doesn't seem to offer much more functionality than a Google docs folder or Box. Wondering if I'm missing something.

Just looking into this now as a 3rd yr med student. Same general opinion? Just doesn't really seem like it offers much
