TBR's problems asks "what is the isoelectric point ..." etc. for certain AAs. I'm given values to calculate these on the test, right?

Anything is possible. I would definitely memorize some common ones, including the C-terminus and N-terminus values.

You would most definitely be given values for any of the acidic/basic R groups. You should commit the pKa of the N-terminus and C-terminus ends though; The amino end is around 9-11 and the carboxylic end is around 2-3.
