Anyone know which programs are strongest in this field?

Johns Hopkins (Dr. David Zee), UCLA (Dr. Robert Baloh), and the University of Pittsburgh (Dr. Joseph Furman).

The House fellowship in LA is very well respected. Our program at Iowa is very good (huge # of acoustic neuromas), and I have heard that Michigan's fellowship is also good, but somewhat diluted by simple otology, and less neuro-oto than is desired.
